I need some ideas for decorating my victorian home for Christmas?

I have a grand two story victorian home built around 1890. It has two wrap around porches two balconies and seven fireplaces. Oh and it has a grand foyer and staircase. Just to give you an idea of the task I am tackling. Oh and I live in the south so not alot of snow. Anyway I need some unique and inexpensive ideas on how to decorate it. It must be tasteful as I live in the historic districs. Thanks yall for any help.

For one of christmas lights in wrapping paper so its like present you could be all green one of.

The christmas decorations love the balconies railings and then draped across whatever the top of each drape put red velvet bow you can usually.
